We get weekly enquiries here at CloudCounting from clients who would like us to help them with their bookkeeping. Our focus here at CloudCounting is to teach small business owners how to bookkeep in their own business, and to provide accountancy services, so when a client wants to outsource their bookkeeping and we do not have capacity we often refer them to our super cool network of Xero Brisbane bookkeepers. Please keep in mind there are no end of fabulous Xero bookkeeping partners in Brisbane … these are but a few!
Our criteria for making the list is:
- Must know Xero inside out
- Participate frequently and actively in social media, helping other bookkeepers and clients (they pay it forward)
- Maintain constant professional development, including attending Xero Road Shows and XeroCon
- Are registered BAS agents

We like to call Cass our Xero Godmother. She is ever present in our Xero world, answering questions, providing training, and facilitating discussions. Cassandra founded the Bookkeepers in Practice Facebook group. She is very well networked in our Xero community. Cass has participated in Xero advisory panels and spoken at XeroCon. Recently Cass provided review services for us whilst we were away for a month in France
Tori Van der Dork from Aegis Bookkeeping
Tori is a fellow Chartered Accountant and we love that she has been able to take this training to develop a practice that is focussed on bookkeeping. Tori has also spoken at XeroCon and is always approachable, friendly and helpful.
Amanda Hoffmann from My Office Books
Amanda is a well known speaker and blogger in our Xero community. She is also very active in assisting the bookkeeping profession. Recently Amanda worked with the ATO to give feedback on their new portal in development. Amanda’s firm recently won the Receipt Bank Global Effortless Bookkeeping Challenge.
Julie Aquilina from XL Books
Julie holds a degree in accountancy and has worked in our industry for over 20 years. She is a huge Xero advocate and never misses a Xero event. She participates frequently in social media and her practice has grown very quickly as a result.
